Below is a very small sample of some of the recent results that I have obtained for my clients in the past.   In some cases, I advised the client before they ever paid me a penny that hiring me probably would not make a difference.  However, if they wanted to invest in me and take a chance, I would do everything I could to achieve a better than the expected result.   They knew it was a long shot, but it was a long shot that paid off.     It is important to note that EVERY CASE IS FACTUALLY AND LEGALLY DIFFERENT, AND PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT IN ANY WAY PREDICT FUTURE RESULTS IN WHAT MAY SEEM TO BE A SIMILAR CASE.  However, these results show that in many cases, it is beneficial to hire an experienced attorney.  For instance, in many cases of Extreme DUI, I was able to obtain a not guilty verdict on that charge, or was able to convince the prosecutor to allow my client to plead to the DUI charge in exchange for their agreement to dismiss the Extreme DUI charge. The results I have included here only show the reduction in the jail time, and not the reduction in other consequences such as fines or license suspensions/revocations/restrictions.   

DUI cases
 - July 2011 - Set an Extreme DUI case with a .251 blood test and accident to jury trial in Phoenix Municipal Court that resulted in dismissal of all DUI charges.  
 - February 2011 - Negotiated a plea to a DUI charge with five days in jail and dismissal of Super Extreme and Extreme DUI charges with a .328 blood test in Mesa Municipal Court.  
 - January 2011 - Received not guilty jury verdict in a DUI case with a blood test of .088 in Phoenix Municipal Court.  
 - November 2010 - Negotiated a plea to a DUI charge with one day in jail and dismissal of Super Extreme and Extreme DUI charges with a .223 blood test in Mesa Municipal Court.  
 - September 2010 – Filed two Motions to Suppress that resulted in prosecutor dismissing all charges in DUI case with a .084 blood test in Phoenix Municipal Court.  
  - September 2010 - Negotiated a plea to Attempted DUI (no jail or MVD consequences) in DUI case with a .084 blood test in Mesa Municipal Court.

Non-DUI cases 
 - June 2011 – Obtained an outright dismissal of a Disorderly Conduct case in Agua Fria Justice Court. 
 - April 2011 – Obtained and outright dismissal of an Aggravated Assault charge in Maricopa County Superior Court
 - March 2011 - Received not guilty verdict from the judge in Interference With Judicial Proceedings (violation of injunction prohibiting harassment) case in Mesa Municipal Court.
 - December 2010 - Received not guilty verdict from the judge in Driving on a Suspended License case in Mesa Municipal Court. 
 - December 2010 – Negotiated a plea in Aggravated Assault/Resisting Arrest that resulted in a misdemeanor with probation with no jail in Maricopa County Superior Court.
